Cristine can also attend meetings on your behalf or as your Assistant and take minutes as required.  If you have an important meeting and wish to ensure all discussions are minuted efficiently and succinctly this service can be helpful especially as it may be difficult to take your own notes if you are actively participating in the discussions.  A full briefing on your area of work and business sector will be required beforehand.  It is important that a basic background knowledge of the purpose of the meeting is known to ensure accurate and appropriate notes are taken and understood.
